Elif Kiriş Kurter enrolled at the Faculty of Law at Dokuz Eylül University in 2013 and graduated in 2017. After graduation, she completed her legal internship in Izmir. She began her career as a lawyer after obtaining her license in February 2019. Throughout her career, she has worked at various law firms and gained experience in different areas of law. In 2020, she established her own law firm and began practicing as an independent lawyer. Since 2023, she has been working as a mediator within the Ministry of Justice. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in Private Law at Bakırçay University, where he is conducting her thesis research on “Contractor Default in Land Share Construction Contracts.” This work demonstrates her in-depth expertise and academic interest, particularly in real estate and construction law.
She provides consultancy services to local and foreign clients on criminal law, real estate law, administrative law, labor law, enforcement law, family law, inheritance law, ECHR proceedings, litigation, and mediation.
She contributes as a mediator in pre-litigation resolution processes for her clients, thereby achieving fast and qualified solutions.
